Optimized & Industry-ready Solutions
WONDERBIN Sewage Treatment Plant/Effluent Treatment Plants
At Biopower, we present the Wonderbin Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), designed to provide effective solutions for wastewater management. Our plants are engineered to treat domestic sewage, industrial effluents, and other forms of liquid waste with an emphasis on sustainability and environmental compliance.
Product Features
Advanced Treatment Technology
Utilizing cutting-edge biological and chemical processes to treat wastewater, ensuring it meets the regulatory standards for safe discharge or reuse.

Energy Efficient
Designed to minimize energy consumption while maximizing output, leading to long-term operational cost savings.

Water Reuse
Treated water can be reused for non-potable applications such as irrigation, cooling systems, or toilet flushing, promoting water conservation.

Low Maintenance
Automated systems reduce the need for regular manual intervention, allowing for smooth and hassle-free operation.
How It Works?

Wonderbin Sewage and Effluent Treatment Plants
The Wonderbin Sewage and Effluent Treatment Plants offer advanced solutions for treating wastewater and industrial effluents, ensuring that water is purified and safe for reuse or disposal. The plants operate using an effective multi-stage process that combines physical, biological, and chemical treatments.

Pre-Treatment
The incoming sewage or effluent passes through a screening process to remove large solids, debris, and grit. This step protects the downstream equipment and prepares the wastewater for further treatment.

Secondary Treatment (Clarification)
After biological treatment, the wastewater passes through a clarifier where remaining suspended solids and microorganisms are allowed to settle. The clarified water is now much cleaner and ready for further polishing.

Sustainable and Efficient
Wonderbin STP/ETP systems are designed for maximum efficiency, minimal energy consumption, and compliance with regulatory standards. These plants promote sustainability by enabling water reuse and reducing environmental impact.

Sustainable and Efficient
Once treated, the clean water can be safely discharged into water bodies, used for irrigation, or recycled for non-potable uses such as flushing, cooling systems, or landscaping.

Biological Treatment
The primary treated water is moved to biological treatment units. Aerobic or anaerobic microorganisms are introduced to break down organic matter in the wastewater. The Wonderbin STP/ETP systems may use advanced biological reactors like Activated Sludge Processes (ASP), Sequential Batch Reactors (SBR), or Membrane Bioreactors (MBR) to ensure efficient organic removal.

Primary Treatment
In this stage, the wastewater is allowed to settle in a sedimentation tank where heavier solids settle at the bottom as sludge. Grease and oils float to the surface and are skimmed off. This process reduces the load of suspended solids in the water.

Tertiary Treatment (Advanced Filtration)
For additional purification, the treated water undergoes advanced filtration, such as sand filtration, carbon filtration, or membrane filtration. This step removes finer particles, nutrients like nitrates and phosphates, and ensures high-quality water output.

Disinfection
The final stage involves disinfecting the treated water to kill any remaining harmful pathogens. Common disinfection methods include chlorination, ultraviolet (UV) treatment, or ozonation. This ensures that the treated water meets environmental and safety standards.
