Optimized & Industry-ready Solutions

Biopower Compressed Biogas (Bio-CNG)

At Biopower, we offer advanced Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants, designed to convert organic waste into high-quality, renewable bio-CNG. Our cutting-edge technology ensures that the biogas produced is refined, compressed, and upgraded to match the specifications of conventional CNG, making it a sustainable alternative for fuel in vehicles, industrial heating, and power generation.

How It Works?

Feedstock Collection

Organic waste, including agricultural residue, food waste, and other biodegradable materials, is collected and processed for biogas generation.

Biogas Purification

The raw biogas is purified to remove impurities like hydrogen sulfide, moisture, and other gases to improve its quality and performance.

Compression

The upgraded biogas is compressed into high-pressure gas, forming compressed biogas (CNG) that can be used as a clean, renewable fuel alternative to natural gas.

Eco-Friendly Technology

Biopower's CNG plants contribute to sustainable energy solutions by converting waste into valuable renewable fuel, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and supporting a circular economy.

Anaerobic Digestion

The waste is introduced into an airtight anaerobic digester, where microorganisms break down the organic matter in the absence of oxygen, producing biogas, mainly consisting of methane and carbon dioxide.

Storage and Distribution

High-performance digestion with quick biogas production and minimal odor.

Biopower's Compressed Biogas Plants convert organic waste into renewable, high-quality compressed biogas (CNG) through a series of efficient processes. Here’s how it works.
